زاناییە کو د ماوەیەکێ دوور و درێژدا هاتییە پەسەندکرن، ئامادەکرنا قوتابییان بشێوەیەکێ کارا بگەهشتنا پێدڤیێن پەیوەندیکرنێ ب جیهانێ و جیهانا پیشەیی، کارەکێ زۆر گرنگ بوویە. لەوڕا گەهشتن ب ئەڤێ ئارمانجێ دمیانا پێکڤەگرێدانا شارەزایێن فێرکرنێ ل چەرخێ بیست و ئیکێ د وانەگوتنا زمانێ ئنگیلیزدا وەکو زمانەکێ بییانی. ئارمانجا ئەڤێ ڤەکۆلینێ زانینا ڕادەییێ ئەو ئاستێ شارەزایێن چەرخێ بیست و ئێکێ و ب تایبەتی ژی ل گەل شارەزایێن هزرکرنا ڕەخنەگرانە د وانەیێن (پولێن) وێژەییدا ل زانکۆیێن دهۆك و زانکۆیا نەورۆز و زانکۆیا زاخۆ دا بوویە کومەڵا ڤەکۆلینێ، هەروەسان ئارمانجا دەستنیشانکرنا ئەوان هەڤڕکییێن رووی ب رووی مامۆستایێن وێژەیی د زمانێ ئنگلیزیدا وەکو زمانەکێ بیانی دبن، دەما کو دڤێت شارەزایێن هزرکرنا ڕەخنەگرانە د پولێن خواندنێدا بکاربینن. ئەڤێ ڤەکۆلینێ دیزاینەکا روون و ڕێزبەند کری بکارئینایە، ب تێکەلکرنا هەردوو ڕێبازێن ژمارەیی و کوالیتی بۆ کومکرنا زانیاریان. ئالاڤێ پیڤەران ژ فورما ڕاپرسییان ئەوا ژ (٥) بڕگەیان پێکهات بوو. هاتەدان ب (٢٦) مامۆستایێن وێژەیێ زمانێ ئنگلیزی وەکو مامۆستایێن زمانەکێ بیانی کو کوردزمانن، هەروەسا چاڤپێکەفتنەک ل گەل هژمارەکا مامۆستایان کو هژمارا وان (١٠) مامۆستا بوون هاتە ڕێکخستن. ئەو زانیاریێن ب دەست ڤەکۆلەرێ کەفتین هاتنە شرۆڤەکرن. ب ڤێرژنا ٢٧ێ هاتیینە دوبارەکرن. و هاتینە دوپاتکرن بەرنامەیا SPSSب ڕێکا بەرنامە و پیڤەرێن بۆ پێڤانا دووبارەبوونێ (.Fr) و ڕێژەیا د هوشیارییا هزریدا ل دەف مامۆستایان (SD) و لادانا پێڤەری (M) ل سەدێدا (%)، تاقیکرنا تائی (T . test) و ناڤەندا ڕەخنەیی. هەرچەندە ئەو گرنگییا ئەڤێ چەندێ دزانن، بەلێ رووی ب رووی کومەکا هەڤڕکییا دبن، کو ڕێگریێ ل تێکەلکرنا هزرکرنا ڕەخنەگرانە د ناڤا پولێن فێرکرنێدا دبن.
ئەنجامێن ڤەکۆلینێ تەکەزێ ل سەر پێدڤییا گەشەپێدانا پیشەیی یا تایبەتمەند دکەت، کو هەڤسەنگییەکێ ل گەل پێشکەفتنا سەردەمییانە دفێرکرنا زمانیدا درۆست بکەت. هەروەها پشتەڤانییا مامۆستایان دەکات، د پرۆسێسا تێکەڵکرنا ستراتیژییەتێن هزرکرنا پلە باڵا بۆ فێرکرنا وێژەیی د پولێن زمانێ ئنگلیزیدا وەک زمانەکێ بیانی.
