Investigating the Integration of Critical Thinking in EFL Literature Classes at University level

الملخص

 

لقد أُقِرَّ منذ فترة طويلة بأهمية إعداد الطلبة على نحو فعال لتلبية متطلبات التواصل العالمي والعالم المهني . وتُعدّ إحدى السبل لتحقيق ذلك دمج مهارات تعليم القرن الحادي والعشرين في تدريس اللغة الإنجليزية كلغة أجنبية.  تهدف هذه الدراسة البحثية إلى استقصاء دمج مهارات القرن الحادي والعشرين و التي تشمل مهارات التعاون, التعاون المشتزك ,التفكير النقدي و الأبتكار مع التركيز على مهارات التفكير النقدي في الفصول الدراسية للأدب الانكليزي في اقسام اللغة الأنكليزية في كل من جامعة دهوك وجامعة نوروز و جامعة زاخو. كما تهدف هذه الدراسة  أيضًا إلى  معرفة  التحديات التي يواجهها اساتذة الأدب في اللغة الإنكليزية كلغة أجنبية فيما يتعلق بدمج مهارة التفكير النقدي في فصولهم الدراسية. واستخدمت الدراسة تصميمًا توضيحيًا متسلسلًا مختلطًا يجمع بين الأساليب الكمية والنوعية لجمع البيانات. وقد أُعطي استبيان بمقياس ليكرت المكون من 5 نقاط إلى 26 أستاذا كورديا للأدب الإنجليزي بما في ذلك مقابلة منظمة موجهة لعشرةٍ منهم. لقد تم تحليل البيانات التي تم الحصول عليها باستخدام برنامج SPSS    الإصدار 27 لقياس التكرار   (Fr.) ، والنسبة المئوية (%) ، والمتوسط (M)، والانحراف المعياري (SD)، واختبار T .أظهرت النتائج على ان المشاركين كانوا على دراية بمهارات تعليم القرن الواحد و العشرين بما في ذلك مهارة التفكير النقدي غير انهم واجهوا عددًا من التحديات التي تعيق دمج مهارة التفكير النقدي في فصولهم الدراسية . تؤكد النتائج المستخلصة من هذه الدراسة على الحاجة الى برامج تطوير مهني متخصصة تُعنى بالمستجدات الحديثة في تعليم اللغات بما يساعد الأساتذة في استخدام استراتيجيات تفكير افضل في تدريس الأدب في اقسام اللغة الإنكليزية كلغة أجنبية.
