ئەم توێژینەوەیە توێژینەوەیەکی نیمچە ئەزموونیە، هەوڵێکە بۆ لێکۆڵینەوە لە کاریگەری مێتافۆری چەمکی لەسەر فێرکردنی وشەی ئینگلیزی لای ئەو قوتابی/ خوێندکارانەی کە زمانی ئینگلیزی وەک زمانی بیانی بەکاردێنن، بە بەشداری پەنجا قوتابی/ خوێندکاری پۆلی هەشت لە قوتابخانەی ئاشتی بنەڕەتی ناحکومی لە شاری سلێمانی کە دابەش بوون بەسەر دوو گرووپ، گرووپێکی ئەزموونی کە بە ڕێگەی میتافۆری چەمکی وانەکانیان خوێندووە وە گرووپێکی کۆنترۆل کە بە ڕێبازە کۆن و باوەکان وانەکانیان خوێندووە. تاقیکردنەوەیەکی تاقیکاری ئەنجامدراوە بۆ ڕوونی و پشتڕاستکردنەوەی بابەتەکان. هەروەها بۆ کۆکردنەوەی زانیاری و داتاکان تاقی کردنەوەی پێشەکی ئەنجام دراووە و تاقیکردنەوەی پاشەکیش ئەنجام دراووە لەپاش شەش هەفتە لە وانەوتنەوەوفێرکردنی فێرخوازەکان بەو دوو شێوازەی لەسەرەوە ئاماژەیان پێدراوە. شیکاری داتاکان لەڕێگەی Wilcoxon signed rank tests بۆ جیاوازی ئاستی گرووپەکان لە پێش شەش هەفتە و پاش شەش هەفتە وانەخوێندن، وە بەکارهێنانی Mann-Whitney U tests بۆ جیاوازی ئاستی نێوان هەردوو گرووپ. دەرکەوت کە جیاوازیەکی بەرچاو هەبوو لە نێوان تێکڕای نمرەکانیان لە تاقیکردنەوەی پاشەکیدا گرووپی ئەزموونیی بەشێوەیەکی بەرچاو باشتربوو لە گرووپی کۆنترۆڵ. دەرکەوت کە فێرکردنی وشەی زمانی ئینگلیزی بەڕێگەی مێتافۆری چەمکی کاریگەرترە و ئاستی فێربوونی گرووپی ئەزموونی بەرز کردۆتەوە.
