ئەم توێژینەوەیە لێکۆڵینەوە دەکات لە دیمەنی زمانەوانی تابلۆی فرۆشگاکانی شاری سلێمانی، هەرێمی کوردستانی عێراق، کە زیاد بەدیاربوونی ئینگلیزی و زمانەکانی تر رەنگدانەوەی گۆڕانکاری خێرای زمانەوانی کۆمەڵایەتییە. بۆ پڕکردنەوەی ئەم کەلێنەی توێژینەوەکانی پێشووتر، ئامانجی ئەم لێکۆڵینەوەیە ئەوەیە شیکاری بکات بۆ دۆخی ئێستای تابلۆی فرۆشگاکان لەگەڵ پێکهاتەی ئەو زمانانەی بەکارهاتوون. کۆی وێنەی 166 تابلۆی فرۆشگا گیراون لە چوار ناوچەی بازرگانی سەرەکی، کە لە رێگەی نمونەگرتنی ئامانجدارەوە هەڵبژێردراون. تابلۆکان بەپێی ناوەڕۆکی زمان و جۆری تابلۆ پۆلێنکراون و شیکراونەتەوە بە پشتبەستن بە چوارچێوەی لاندری و بۆریس (1997). دۆزینەوەکان ژینگەیەکی زۆر فرەزمانی نیشاندەدەن، کە تیایدا زمانی ئینگلیزی باڵادەستە لەسەر تابلۆکان، لە کاتێکدا کوردی، عەرەبی و تورکی کەمتر دەردەکەون. زمانی ئینگلیزی بە شێوەیەکی سەرکی بکاردەهێنرێت بۆ ناوبانگ و براندکردن، ئەمەش ئاماژەیە بۆ کاریگەرییە جیاهانییە بەهێزەکان و گۆڕانی ناسنامەی شارستانی. ئەم ئەنجامانە تیشک دەخەنە سەر دیمەنی زمانەوانی سلێمانی وەک شوێنی دانوستان لە نێوان کولتوری ناوخۆیی و ڕەوتە ئابوورییە جیهانییەکان.
