پەرژینە زمانیەكان ستراتیجییەكی زمانیە، ئەم بابەتە پەیوەندییەكی ڕاستەوخۆی بە شیكردنەوەی گوتارەوە هەیە، پەرژینە زمانیەكان بۆ كەمكردنەی جەختكردنەوەیە لە گوتارە جیاوازەكاندا، زمانەوانیی دادوەری و پەرژینە زمانیەكان دوو بابەتی جیاوازن، بەڵام خالی هاوبەشی نێوانیان بریتییە لە بەكارهێنانی زمان. زمانەوانیی دادوەری زانیاری و شێوازەکانی زمانی بۆ چوارچێوەی یاسایی لە لێکۆڵینەوە تاوانکارییەکانەوە تا ڕێوشوێنەكانی هۆڵی دادگا بەکاردەهێنێت، واتا بە سوود وەرگرتن لە زمان، پەرژینە زمانیەكان لە لێكۆڵینەوە و دۆسیەكانی تاواندا دەستنیشاندەكرێت، پەرژینە زمانیەكان ئەو وشە و ڕستە، دەقانەن، كە واتایەكی ڕوونیان نییە، بەڵكو واتای لێدوان و نووسراوەكان تەمومژاوین، ئاخێوەر ڕاستی لێدوانەكانی بە شێوەیەكی ڕاستەوخۆ یان یەكلایكەرەوە دەرنابڕێت، بۆ ئەوەی بەرپرسیاریەتی نەخاتە ئەستۆی خۆی، ئەمیش بەهۆی ئەو هەڵوێستەی لە ئایندەدا ڕووبەرووی دەبێتەوە، ئەم توێژینەوەیە باس لە بەكارهێنانی پەرژینە زمانیەكان لە دەقە دادوەرییەكان دەكات، دادخواز و تاوانباران، تۆمەتباران، گەواهیدەران لە كاتی لێكۆڵینەوە و وەرگرتنی لێدوانەكانیاندا، هەوڵ دەدەن خۆیان لە ڕاستی بابەتەكە دووربخەنەوە، ئەنجامی تاوانەكانیان نەخەنە ئەستۆی خۆیان، بەهۆی ئەو لێكەوتانەی كاریگەریان لەسەر بریارەكانی دادگا دەبێت. میتۆدی ئەم توێژینەوەیە سەرنج دەخاتە سەر یەکێک لە پێوەرەکانی (Scientific Content Analysis method). ئەم توێژینەوەیە لە دوو بەش پێكدێت، بەشی یەكەم لایەنی تیۆریە، لە بەشی دووەم تیشك خراوەتەسەر پەیوەنديی نێوان زمانەوانیی دادوەری و پەرژینە زمانیەكان دواتر چەند كەیسێكی دادوەریمان شیكردۆتەوە.
