بنیاتنانی ناسنامە پرۆسەیەکی دینامیکی و نێوەندگیری کۆمەڵایەتییە کە تاکەکان بەهۆیەوە هەستی خۆیان لە ڕێگەی زمان و گێڕانەوە و کارلێککردنەوە بنیات دەنێن و دەریدەبڕن. تێکەڵکردنی توێژینەوەکانی ناسنامە، بە تایبەت ئەوانەی پەیوەندییان بە جۆری ناسنامەی ئۆتیزمەوە هەیە، لەگەڵ شیکاری مەعریفیدا، ئەوە دەخەنە ڕوو کە چۆن زمان بەکاردەهێنرێت بۆ بنیاتنانەوە، دەستڕاگەیشتن و دەستکاریکردنی وێناکردنە دەروونییەکانی خۆت و ئەوانی دیکە. لە ڕێگەی شیکارییەکی وەسفیی چۆناییەتی بۆ زمان، لەوانەش دەقە وەرگیراوەکانی ڕۆمانی "ڕەین ڕەین"ی ئان مارتن، ئەم توێژینەوەیە لێکۆڵینەوە لەوە دەکات کە چۆن کاراکتەری سەرەکی ڕۆمانەکە، ڕۆز هاوارد، کە ئۆتیزمی هەیە پەیوەندی لەگەڵ ئەوانی دیکەدا دەبەستێت. توێژینەوەکە مۆدێلی گوتاری مەعریفی چوار ڕەهەندی هارت (2015) پەیڕەو دەکات، کە تێیدا تەنها دوو ڕەهەندی، پێناسەکردن و جێگیرکردن، لە چوار ڕەهەندەکە بەکاردەهێنرێت بۆ شیکردنەوەی داتا هەڵبژێردراوەکان. بەپێی دۆزینەوەکان، ناسنامەی ڕۆز لە ڕێگەی کارلێکێکی ئاڵۆزی نێوان ئەم دوو ستراتیژییەوە بنیات دەنرێت. سەرەڕای ئەوەش، لە ڕێگەی لێکۆڵینەوەیەکی ورد لە هەڵبژاردنە زمانەوانییەکانی ڕۆز، ئەوەمان بۆ دەردەکەوێت کە چۆن هەڵبژاردنە زمانەوانییەکان لە دیدگای ناوازەی ڕۆز و گەشەکردنی سۆزداری و گونجانی کۆمەڵایەتی ئەودا ڕەنگ دەدەنەوە. لە ئەنجامدا، لێکۆڵینەوە لە زمان و شێوازە مەعریفیەکانی ڕۆز ئەوەمان پیشان دەدات کە ڕۆز ناسنامەیەکی ئۆتیزمی ئەرێنی بنیات دەنێت. هەروەها ئەنجامەکان پێشنیاری ئەوە دەکەن کە شیکاری گوتاری مەعریفی ڕێبازێکی گشتگیرە، چوارچێوەیەکی بەهێز پێشکەش دەکات کە قووڵی شیکاری و پەیوەندی کۆمەڵایەتی پێکەوە دەبەستێت بۆ تێگەیشتن لە ناسنامەی گفتوگۆی دەمار جیاوازدا.
