انعدام الأمن اللغوي الرسمي في مجتمع الكلام الهوليري

انعدام الأمن اللغوي في السياقات الرسمية والمعروف بالانعدام الأمن اللباڤي ايضاً وهي احدى تجليات انعدام الأمن اللغوي عندما يعتبر متحدثو احدى اللهجات لهجة أخرى او لغة أخرى معياراً للاستخدام اللغوي اما لهجتهم اما غير مقبولة او اقل من اللهجة او اللغة المعيارية . حللت الدراسة هذة الظاهرة كمياً في الجماعة اللغوية الهولیری، المقيمين في أربيل ( عاصمة اقليم كردستان - العراق ) وشملت 155 شخصاً مستخدماً تقنية العينة الطبقية العنقودية متعددة المراحل . يتكون الاستبيان من اثنا عشر سؤالاً مزدوجاً ( متقابلان أ-ب) عن الاختلافات الصوتية والدلالية والقواعدية حيث يتكون كل منه من خيارات متطابقة من اللهجات الاربيلية والسورانية الشبه القياسية والسليمانية . يختار المستجيب الإجابة الصحيحة في اسئلة (أ) بينما في (ب) ما يستخدمه عادة ، وتم الاعتماد على مقياس انعدام الأمن اللغوي لحساب التباين بين الاختيارين . أظهرت النتائج المقترحة ان نصف المستجيبين تقريباً ( ٤٧.٧٪) يعانون من انعدام الأمن اللغوي مقابل (١٦.١٪) فقط يتمتعون بالأمن اللغوي، بالإضافة إلى ان نصفهم يعتبرون اللهجة السورانية الشبه القياسية معياراً للاستخدام اللغوي.
