ملخص
يتناول البحث (مبادئ تحديد استراتيجيات التعليم في إقليم كردستان) المبادئ الأساسية الداخلة في تحديد استراتيجيات (التعليم) داخل إقليم كردستان العراق. وقد شهد هذا النظام التعليمي في المنطقة تغيرات سريعة، مقيدة بالتغيرات السياسية والمقاومة الاجتماعية والاقتصادية. واستجابة لهذه التغييرات، يعد تطوير استراتيجيات تعليمية فعالة أمراً بالغ الأهمية لضمان أن يلبي النظام احتياجات الطلاب والمعلمين والمجتمع.
تهدف هذه الدراسة بشكل رئيسي إلى تحديد المبادئ العامة التي ينبغي أن توجه صياغة أسس الاستراتيجيات التعليمية في كردستان. وتشمل هذه المبادئ مجموعة متنوعة من العوامل، مثل دمج القيم الثقافية المحلية، والتوافق مع المعايير التعليمية الدولية، وتكييف الاستراتيجيات لمعالجة السياق السياسي والاقتصادي والديموغرافي الفريد للمنطقة. ويبحث هذا البحث أيضًا في كيفية استخدام هذه المبادئ لتحسين جودة التعليم وإمكانية الوصول إليه واستدامته في كردستان، مع الأخذ في الاعتبار التنوع المتزايد في المنطقة والاحتياجات المتطورة.
