ئەم توێژینەوە گرنگیدان بە زانکۆی دهۆک له سه ر بنه ماى بەدواداچوونى ڕۆڵی پەروەردەی کارگێڕی لە ناوخۆی هەرێمی کوردستانى عێراق. توێژینەوەکانی ئێستا بە ڕێگەی میتۆدۆلۆژیای پێداچوونەوەی ئەدەبیاتی چۆنایەتی شی دەکرێنەوە بۆ تێگەیشتن لە بەهای پەروەردەی کارگێڕی بۆ هاندانی خۆشگوزەرانی ئابووری و بۆ چارەسەرکردنی ئاستەنگە ناوچەییەکان. ئەو بەربەستانەی کە کاریگەرییان لەسەر وانەوتنەوەکانی کارگێڕی هەیە بریتین لە ئاشنابوونی فاکەڵتیەکان بە پراکتیکەکانی کارگێڕی، نەبوونی كوورس بووكي یەکگرتوو و هەڵوێستە کولتوورییەکان کە لە بەرژەوەندی دامەزراندنی حکومەتن بەسەر کارگێڕیدا. هەرچەندە دۆزینەوەکانى ئەم توێژینەوە نیشان دەدەن کە ئاسۆی فێربوونی پراکتیکی و دەستی لەوانەش هاوکارییەکانی پیشەسازی و مەشقکردن پێویستیان پێیەتی، بەڵام پەروەردەی کارگێڕی کاریگەری ئەرێنی هەیە بۆ کارامەیی و ئاواتەکانی داهێنەرانە فێرخوازان. هەروەها توێژینەوەکە هێنانە ناوەوەی مەنهەجێکی پێداچوونەوەکراو بۆ جێگیرکردنی کارگێڕی لە سەرانسەری هەموو دیسیپلینەکاندا، وەبەرهێنان لە پەرەپێدانی پەروەردەکاران، فراوانکردنی سەنتەری پەرەپێدانی پیشە لە پێشکەشکردنی بەرنامەکانی ڕاهێنەرایەتی تەرکیزکراو، بۆنە تۆڕییەکان، هاوپەیمانییە پیشەسازییەکان، و ڕێنمایی پیشەیی بۆ زیاتر پێشخستنی هەوڵەکانی کارگێڕی هەندێکن پێشنیارەکان بۆ زاڵبوون بەسەر ئەو تەحەددایانەی کە ڕەنگە سەرهەڵبدەن. بۆ زاڵبوون بەسەر ئاستەنگە ئەگەرییەکانی دیکەدا، هێنانەکایەی چاکسازیی بەرفراوانی سیاسەت پێویستە بۆ دەستەبەرکردنی پارە، و بەربەستەکانی دیکە. پەروەردەی کارگێڕی لە چاندنی بیرکردنەوەی کارگێڕی و باشترکردنی توانای دامەزراندن لە دەرچوواندا گرنگە. مامەڵەکردن لەگەڵ ئەم جۆرە پرسانە و وەرگرتنی باشترین پراکتیزە نێودەوڵەتییەکان، UoD دەتوانێت چوارچێوەی ڕاهێنانی کارگێڕی پێشبخات کە بەشدارە لە بەردەوامبوونی گەشەی ئابووری و داهێنان لە KRI
