هەوڵی ڕۆژنامەنووسانی ناوداری ئەمریکی لەسەر پرسی کورد، هەر لە نسکۆی شۆڕشی کورد لە عێراق لە ساڵی ١٩٧٥ تا کۆچی بەکۆمەڵی خەڵکی کوردستان لە بەهاری ١٩٩١، کاریگەری ئەرێنی لەسەر گۆڕینی سیاسەتی دوودڵی کۆشکی سپی بەرامبەر بە کورد هەبوو . ویلیام سافير یەکێک بوو لە نووسەرە کاریگەرەکانی ڕۆژنامەی نیویۆرک تایمز، ڕووماڵی پرسی کورد و شیکاری قووڵی سیاسەتی دەرەوەی ئەمریکای کرد. هەوڵەکانی بەشداریکرد لە گۆڕانکاری لە هەڵوێستی حکومەتی ئەمریکادا، ئەمەش بووە هۆی پەسەندکردنی بڕیارنامەی ٦٨٨ی ئەنجومەنی ئاسایشی نەتەوە یەکگرتووەکان لە ساڵی ١٩٩١، کە بە دامەزراندنی ناوچەی دژە فڕین لە عێراقدا، پاراستنی گەلی کوردستانی مسۆگەر کرد. لێکۆڵینەوەکە بەناونیشانی (هەڵوێستی ڕۆژنامەوانی ویلیام سافير لەبارەی سیاسەتی ئەمریکا بەرامبەر بە کورد 1976-1991) لە پێشەکی و دوو تەوەر پێکهاتووە. یەکەمیان پێداچوونەوەی بە ژیانی سافير لە بواری ڕۆژنامەگەریدا کردوە و دووەمیان تیشکی خستۆتە سەر هەڵوێستی سافير لە ڕووداوەکانی باشووری کوردستان، لە چوارچێوەی چوار باسدا، لەوانە نسکۆی شۆڕشی کورد لە ساڵی ١٩٧٥، هەروەها شۆڕشی نوێی کورد و ئۆپەراسیۆنی جینۆسایدی دەوڵەتی عێراق لە دژی کورد لە ساڵی ١٩٨٨، و ڕاپەڕینی گەلی کورد لە بەهاری ساڵی ١٩٩١.

I am Assistant Professor Dr. Qaraman Haidar Rahaman, working in the Department of History, College of Arts, University of Salahaddin. My specialty is generally modern and contemporary Kurdish history. However, all the scientific works I have done and published are related to the Kurdish issue and revolution between the years (1943-1991). I have two books and 12 scientific researches, with the following titles:
