   The issue of peaceful coexistence is among the most important topics that have become concerned with specialists in many human and social sciences, and it is also one of the most important issues that concern politicians, leaders of states and social elites at the global level, especially after the media openness and the development of means of communication, social communication, media and the spread of satellite channels In all parts of the world.

Also, the spread of racist ideas that confiscate the ideas of others and prevent them from freely and democratically expressing them, and terrorist and expiatory movements, all of this has contributed to the increase in wars between states or within one country in a significant number of countries of the world, all of this is among the most important factors that drive us Interest in spreading the values ​​and culture of peaceful coexistence and tolerance in all societies, and strengthening all conditions and capabilities that can contribute to the consolidation of those values ​​among individuals in the same society and between societies with each other, and at the same time addressing all challenges and obstacles that may act as obstacles and disincentives to spreading values Peaceful coexistence in the world.

And because of what the Iraqi society is going through from a critical stage that requires intensifying efforts and capabilities in order to rebuild and develop the Iraqi society after a long phase of fighting terrorism and intellectual extremism, and after the great material losses and very high human sacrifices, this stage requires all of us to stand with one hand In order to restore social cohesion and solidarity among the sons of the Iraqi society, and among those efforts that we must take care of is to re-establish the values ​​and culture of peaceful coexistence among the members of Iraqi society, and for these efforts to be successful and successful, we must know the challenges that could stand in the way of peaceful coexistence in Iraq, so this research comes in order to study and understand those challenges and obstacles that represent factors of demolition in Iraqi society, and to address and get rid of them so that Iraqi society returns as it was previously a striking example in coexistence and tolerance between all its components that have coexisted with each other for thousands of years.
