Throughout history, the weakness of women's role and position in political centers has been one of the important topics in political science. Although in a country like Iran, which is an Islamic Republic, this becomes a challenge for women to actively participate in political changes. Therefore, the aim of this research is to return to those challenges and the ways in which Iranian women can participate in political activities, by highlighting the role of diaspora women. This is an analytical study of the impact of the feminist movement on foreign policy, particularly focusing on the role of Iranian feminist women within the framework of this policy. The research uses a descriptive-analytical method to examine the concept of "Feminist Foreign Policy" (FFP) and explores the attitudes and policies of Germany, Canada, and Sweden regarding women's rights and freedoms in Iran between 2014-2021. Finally, the research concludes that the "Woman, Life, Freedom" movement was the result of a combination of internal struggle and external pressure. Iranian diaspora feminists have been able to gain international support for Iranian women's rights through feminist foreign policy and increase pressure on the Iranian regime, although many obstacles still remain in the face of fundamental change.
