ئەم توێژینەوەیە بەدواداچوون بۆ لایەنە باش و خراپەکانی بەکارهێنانی کاری جووت یان گروپی لە پۆلەکانی فێربوونی زمانی دووەم لە زانکۆکانی کوردستان دەکات. ئامانجی توێژینەوەکە دیاریکردنی کاریگەری جووتە کارکردن بوو لەسەر ئارەزووەکانی خوێندکاران، و دەستکاریکردنی هەڵوێستەکانیان بەرامبەر بە کاریگەرییەکانی بەکارهێنانی جووتە لە چالاکییەکاندا. کۆمەڵێک پرسیارنامە بۆ ٤٧ خوێندکاری بەشی ئینگلیزی لە کۆلێژی پەروەردەی بنەڕەتی-زانکۆی سەڵاحەدین بۆ ساڵی خوێندنی ٢٠٢٢-٢٠٢٤ ئامادهكرا. دوای شیکردنەوەی ئەنجامی پرسیارنامەکان, دەرکەوت کە هەڵوێستی خوێندکاران باشتر بووە و زیاتر ئەرێنی بوون سەبارەت بە چالاکییەکانی کاری جووت و زۆر حەزیان لێیە. وه ههروهها سەرنجی سەرەکی ئەم توێژینەوەیە لەسەر لایەنە باش و خراپەکانی و ئامانجەکانی جووتە کارکردنە، هەروەها ئەو تەحەددایانەی کە خوێندکاران ڕووبەڕووی دەبنەوە لە کاتی ئەنجامدانی چالاکییەکانی کارکردنی جووتدا. لە ئەنجامی ئەم توێژینەوەیەدا, دەتوانرێت بڵێین کە خوێندکاران هەست بە ئاسوودەیی دەکەن لە بەکارهێنانی تێکەڵەیەک لە کاری جووت لەگەڵ گفتوگۆی گروپی بچووک بۆ بهكارهێنانى تواناى زمان..
