Abstract

The research aims and is based on a qualitative study based on the descriptive and analytical method. The artistic and musical dimension associated with the content of Al-Safi’s poetry is analyzed from a musical perspective. The content of the research Inspiration, melodic echo, and singing vocal performance in Safi Hirani’s poetry is an analytical, artistic and musical reading of songs and works of art, as well as Sufi topics whose texts are based on the poetry of Safi Hirani. The problem of the research is represented by the ambiguity surrounding some aspects of musical art that have artistic reflections in the selected poems and provide inspiring support for the resonance of the melodies, vocal performance, and aesthetics of singing in the content of the selected models. To find itself a masterpiece among the different songs and musical compositions. This study also aims to reveal the level of relationship between the artistic dimensions of music, the performing voice, and the literary dimensions as well in Safi Hirani’s poetry. This artistic mixture of poetry and music, it brings us closer to the artistic goal of this study, in revealing the hidden artistic and musical aspects in Al-Safi’s poems. The scope of the research includes poems that were transformed into musical performances. The result of the research was to reach a number of details of the analysis of the melodic and lyrical content and to provide musical scientific information about the dimensions, nature, and level of the artistic and musical relationships of vocal and melodic inspiration mixed with sophisticated, creative, and artistic singing in Safi Hirani’s poems.
