الملخص

تبحث هذه الدراسة في كيفية تطوير اللغة السياسية لمسرور بارزاني وشرعنتها لسرديات الأمن والسيادة والدفاع عن الوطن والسلام الإقليمي في إقليم كردستان. وتستكشف هذه الدراسة الاستراتيجيات اللغوية والأيديولوجية المستخدمة لتشكيل التصورات العامة للسلطة والوحدة والمقاومة الوطنية بطرق تُعتبر عادةً ظواهر اجتماعية سياسية داخلية وليست صراعًا خارجيًا. ويسدّ هذا البحث ثغرة في الأدبيات، إذ يستكشف مدى تسليح اللغة السياسية للأمن والاستقرار كركائز أساسية للهوية الوطنية والحوكمة، من منظور الحساسية السياسية والتعقيد الإقليمي. وتستند دراسة التحليل النقدي للخطاب (CDA) إلى النموذج الاجتماعي المعرفي الرئيسي الذي قدمه تيون أ. فان ديك، والذي يدمج ثلاثة مستويات تحليلية: أولًا: استخدام هياكل الخطاب، والأدوات اللغوية مثل النسق والمبالغة الشخصية؛ ثانيًا: النماذج المعرفية، حيث تُستخدم النماذج الأيديولوجية كتمثيل إيجابي للذات وتمثيل سلبي للآخر؛ وثالثًا: الممارسات الاجتماعية، حيث تُحلل كيف يُنتج الخطاب علاقات القوة والسيطرة الاجتماعية. يُمكّن هذا الإطار متعدد المستويات من دراسة العلاقة المتبادلة بين الطريقة التي يستخدم بها بارزاني الخطاب لعكس وبناء الحقائق الاجتماعية والتمثيلات الذهنية. وباستخدام هذا النهج، يكشف البحث كيف يُجسّد الخطاب ويُبني المعتقدات المعرفية وعلاقات القوة الاجتماعية. ويُستنتج أن مسرور بارزاني يُؤطّر التمثيلات الأيديولوجية للقادة والشعب والأعداء بطريقة تُضفي الشرعية على القيادة الكردية، وتدعو إلى جبهة كردية موحدة، وتحافظ على المرونة من خلال استخدام الخطاب. وفي خطابه، يُنسج هذه الهوية الجماعية الأوسع، مُركّزًا على الاستقرار الإقليمي والشرعية الدستورية، مُبرمجًا بنشاط الإدراك العام لتقديم الدفاعات وإرساء أسس السلام الدائم في الوطن
