The collection spans historical analysis, educational innovation, environmental studies, and contemporary social issues, offering a comprehensive view of both historical developments and current challenges.  Historical scholarship features prominently, with detailed investigations ranging from medieval Kurdish residencies during the Buwayhi period to twentieth-century British diplomatic relations. These studies provide crucial insights into the region's rich historical tapestry and its evolving geopolitical significance.  Contemporary research in education and psychology presents innovative approaches, from brain-based learning strategies to play-based health education during the COVID-19 pandemic. The inclusion of studies on employee well-being and parenting challenges reflects our commitment to addressing pressing social issues.  Environmental and geographical research, including the hydro-geomorphological study of the Greater Zab River, alongside analyses of agricultural self-sufficiency, demonstrates our scholars' engagement with crucial sustainability challenges.  This diverse collection represents a significant contribution to regional scholarship, combining traditional academic rigor with innovative methodological approaches.
