Submission Process
All submissions to the Book Writing and Translation Committee must be made exclusively through the committee’s official electronic system, which has been designed to ensure transparency, efficiency, and equal opportunity for all applicants. Once a work is submitted, it undergoes an initial check to confirm compliance with the committee’s requirements and policies. The processing of each submission will take place within a period of 7 to 30 days, during which the work will be formally registered and prepared for review.
Following this stage, the manuscript or translated work will be assigned to expert evaluators who assess its quality, originality, scientific accuracy, language, and alignment with the committee’s vision and scope. The evaluation phase will take between 30 and 90 days, after which the committee compiles the reports and makes a final decision. Authors and translators will be notified in writing of the outcome, whether the work is accepted for publication, returned with a request for revision, or rejected.
In the case of rejection, the committee will provide a clear explanation outlining the reasons, thereby giving the author or translator constructive feedback that may support future improvement. This structured process ensures fairness, academic integrity, and a high standard of publication for all works considered by the committee.
All works submitted to the Committee for Evaluation of Book Writing and Translation undergo a rigorous and transparent evaluation procedure to ensure the highest academic and literary standards.
1. The process begins with a Pre-Screening stage, where each manuscript is checked for plagiarism and the proportion of artificial intelligence–generated content. Works exceeding the acceptable thresholds (25% combined, or 70% at initial screening) are returned to the author or translator for revision, with up to three opportunities provided for resubmission.
2. Once a work passes this stage, it is forwarded to the Expert Review phase, where subject-matter specialists and language experts carefully assess the content for accuracy, originality, clarity, and suitability for academic or cultural purposes. The reviewers provide detailed feedback and recommendations regarding the strengths and weaknesses of the work.
3. After receiving the expert evaluations, the committee collectively deliberates in the Committee Decision stage, where a final outcome is determined: approval for publication, a request for revisions, or rejection. In the case of rejection, a formal report outlining the reasons is sent to the author or translator to ensure transparency and constructive guidance for future improvements.
This multi-step procedure guarantees fairness, accountability, and adherence to international publishing standards while fostering a supportive environment for authors and translators.
