تتناول هذه الورقة إيجابيات وسلبيات استخدام العمل الثنائي أو الجماعي في فصول تعلم اللغة الثانية في جامعات كردستان. هدفت الدراسة إلى تحديد تأثير أزواج العمل على تفضيلات الطلاب، وتعديل اتجاهاتهم نحو تأثيرات استخدام أزواج العمل في الأنشطة. تم إنشاء مجموعة استبيانات لـ 47 طالباً وطالبة في قسم اللغة الإنجليزية في كلية التربية الأساسية-جامعة صلاح الدين للعام الدراسي 2022-2024. وبعد تحليل نتائج الاستبيان، تبين أن اتجاهات الطلاب قد تحسنت وأصبحوا أكثر إيجابية تجاه أنشطة العمل الزوجي وكانوا مهتمين بها للغاية. ومع ذلك، فإن التركيز الرئيسي لهذه الورقة هو على إيجابيات وسلبيات وأهداف العمل الثنائي، بالإضافة إلى التحديات التي يواجهها الطلاب عند أداء أنشطة العمل الثنائي. ونتيجة لهذه الدراسة، يمكن أن نستنتج أن الطلاب يشعرون بالراحة عند استخدام مزيج من العمل الثنائي مع مناقشات جماعية صغيرة لإنتاج اللغة.
