Appeals and Complaints

The corresponding author may file appeals or complaints for various reasons related to the manuscript. The corresponding author has the option to file appeals against editorial decisions, objections regarding publication ethics, and complaints regarding process failures, such as prolonged delays in processing papers. In addition, the complaint can be about issues that may arise due to miscommunication between corresponding authors and editors or between corresponding authors and reviewers.
