A study of shyness among hearing-impaired women and its relationship to domestic violence in Baghdad Governorate

The concepts of shame and domestic violence among hearing-impaired girls were addressed. The research problem lies in studying domestic violence among hearing-impaired girls and its relationship to shame, as well as understanding the consequences for hearing-impaired adolescent girls when they are subjected to abuse and its impact on their personality Shyness is a result of the wrong parenting methods that the hearing-impaired girl suffers from. The research aims to identify shyness and its relationship to domestic violence among hearing-impaired girls in Baghdad Governorate. The descriptive approach was used in the survey method and the research sample was determined, which is represented by hearing-impaired girls, numbering (64) girls The shyness and domestic violence scales were applied, and after processing and discussing the data, it was concluded that there is a significant correlation between shyness and domestic violence among hearing-impaired girls.
