Electronic management and its role in improving administrative performance from the perspective of teaching staff in the faculties of physical education and sports sciences at some universities in the Kurdistan Region of Iraq

ABSTRACT

The study aims to identify the electronic management and its relationship to administrative performance from the point of view of the teaching staff in the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences in some universities of the Kurdistan Region of Iraq. The researcher used the descriptive approach with the correlational style to suit the objective of the study, as the study community included (175) cadres of teaching staff in the colleges of physical education and sports sciences in some universities of the Kurdistan Region, and (85) cadres were selected as a sample for the study, and the researcher used the questionnaire scale to obtain the necessary data, as the results showed the importance of planning in the application of electronic management as an absolute necessity in light of the digital age and openness to global societies. And the necessity of the presence of control in electronic management in order to improve the progress of the administrative process in a general and organized manner. Facilitating communication procedures within the college as well as with other colleges. There is continuous and positive guidance from subordinates to administrative cadres. There is continuous support from leaders for administrative cadres in using electronic administration. There is little use of modern devices, accessories, software and systems in managing daily work. The presence of modern software and rules approved by the administrative cadres. The availability of a sufficient number of human cadres specialized in the field of electronic administration. The researcher recommended the importance of using modern devices, accessories, software and systems in managing all transactions by the administrative staff. He also recommended that there should be more focus on clarifying the organization's objectives to employees to reduce their resistance to change, which is represented in the transition to electronic management. The need for the college deanship to guide employees and lecturers through bulletins and articles, as well as holding seminars and courses to raise awareness of electronic management, and clarifying the importance of electronic management for activities, lectures and administrative work within the college. The need to seek the assistance of experts in electronic management in order to develop the college's internal communication programs and networks. The need to conduct periodic research on the obstacles facing the application of electronic management and try to find solutions for them.
