. أصبحت الشركات القابضة الناشئة الآن ضرورة عالمية نتيجة للتوسع السريع في المعاملات التجارية المحلية والدولية. بسبب تأثير الشركات القابضة ’ بشكل كبير على الاقتصاد الوطني ، تركز التشريعات بشكل متزايد عليها. بإيجاز ، تهيمن الشركة القابضة على الجوانب الإدارية والمالية لشركاتها التابعة ، ونتيجة لذلك, يدلي بأصواته في مجلس إدارة الشركة التابعة لصالح مصالح الشركة القابضة.
