Abstract

This research, titled "The Poetics of Novel Language at the Semantic Level - The Novel 'City of White Musicians' by Bakhtiar Ali as an example," is an attempt to reveal the poetics and domains related to poetics and language in the translated novel. The research examines the poetics of novel language at the semantic level, taking the novel "City of White Musicians" as a practical example.

One of the distinguishing features of literary text language is the presence of poetics within it. The level of poetics in literary works becomes the identity and individual style of the writer. In this research, the level of poetics and the artistic foundations of the semantic poetics of the novel are presented, showing the distinction and style of the poetic language of the novel. The research sheds light on how artistic and linguistic techniques are used in artistic imagery, metaphor, simile, and symbolism in creating new semantic meanings. It also analyzes the role of language as a creative tool for producing artistic text, particularly within the novel. In conclusion, the level and value of the poetic language of our novel text is revealed.
